What is the E3 visa and who is it for?
The E3 is a short-stay study visa for foreign nationals coming to study Mongolian language, history, culture, or vocational education at an eligible institution.
Do I need to find a language school myself?
No. 24H Visa works with a certified Mongolian language institution and coordinates enrollment plus the official invitation letter as part of the process.
How long does processing take?
Standard processing is 5 working days after a complete application is submitted. Expedited processing may be available in 3 working days.
Do I need a medical examination?
Yes. The application requires medical examination results conducted within the previous 3 months. We guide timing and document expectations.
Do I need to register after arriving in Mongolia?
Short-term visitors must apply for residence permit registration at the Immigration Agency within 21 days after entry.
